Richard Balli, a Civic Spark Project Coordinator working on the operations and compliance team in Sacramento.
Richard received a BA in Public Relations from Sacramento State in 2020. In his senior year at Sacramento state, he co-managed a campaign to build sustainable infrastructure for the university and the East Sacramento area. He grew up in Mexicali, B.C where he worked in administration for a small business. Richard hopes to continue his education in Law.
In his free time, Richard enjoys music, traveling, and hiking.
