The Local Government Commission, in partnership with WaterNow Allianceis offering the Qualified Water Efficient Landscaper (QWEL) course for private and municipal landscape professionals in the San Joaquin Valley! The Base QWEL course is a comprehensive training on drought-tolerant landscaping, irrigation system programming and management, landscape design and maintenance, water auditing, and water efficiency financing options. Once you complete the course and pass the exam (included with registration), you will be US EPA certified WaterSense Practitioners! The training includes 20 hours of class material split over 2 1/2 days.
