Appropriate to these financially-constrained times, the topic of the 2010 conference will be, “Building Community Vitality in a Green Economy.“ Challenging times open the door for creativity and innovation. At this conference participants explored ways to take advantage of these difficult times to make lasting changes that will lead to a stronger, more healthy future.
